The Conviction – Jenny Gilpin

Without conviction in our lives, we live a double life. God is not short on supply of living water; He’s never short on a vision for your life. Part 4 of the Saturate Series checks in on trusting and standing by our God-given convictions. Preached by Ps Jenny Gilpin, live at Hope City Church in Kuala Lumpur.

Secret Stories: when truth be told

Dave and Jenny Gilpin, our Senior Pastors, share intimate secrets about their marriage, their disappointments, their devotional life, their tension points and their now Word from God. This is how you’ve never heard them before. Stuart Otten from ‘About Face’ is the interviewer.

Stand – Jenny Gilpin

The more you advance in the kingdom the more you attract drama and opposition. Will you escalate the drama into melodrama? Or will you come to a new standpoint of faith on the other side of your wilderness? A message from Pastor Jenny Gilpin, preached live at Hope City Church in Sheffield then watched almost live in York.

The Conviction – Ps Jenny Gilpin

Conviction led great men to receive great promises from God, to win battles and conquer kingdoms, to see the fulfilment of prophecies God has spoken in the past. Conviction prophesies the future by its commitment to the present. Living a life of conviction keeps us steady in our walk with God, in our pursuit of purpose and the call of God on our lives.

We need to become a people that will live a life of conviction to believe until we see every word God’s spoken to us fulfilled, and every promise unfold.

Life Story – Ps Jenny Gilpin

As a child of a gang rape Ps Jenny suffered abuse, rejection and lots of insecurities as a result of a fatherless start. Driven by so much pain she wanted to be the best at everything, just to prove her worth. But everything changed after she met God in one of the difficult moments of her life.

Just a pure testimony of what an ordinary person can become when the hand of God is on their life.

This Is Elim – Jenny Gilpin

Where you place a flame you change the game. Jenny Gilpin seems to carve through the layers of humanness ever time she speaks and places the Word in the slither of space between soul and spirit. This message is no exception. It’s a game changer. Preached in Newcastle England, this message is called ‘This is Elim.’

The Pursuit

There is a quest, A search, A desire in each of us for something more. It is the pursuit of meaning, It is the pursuit of a life purpose, It is the pursuit of strength. It’s a longing, A cause, A relentless ache and a beautiful art. In our pursuit we find wisdom, a plan, we capture Gods heart and we align ourselves with his plan. Recorded live from our She Is Conference in February.

The Advocate

An advocate is a person who stands in the gap in defense of another person. There are many who claim to be advocates, but there are few who have paid the ultimate price for their advocacy. Pastor Jen reminds us that we have that advocate; the one who died for his advocacy and stands at the right hand of God continually interceding on our behalf.

A New Footstool

Jesus is not in the business of allowing us to face challenges which he knows will break us. Jesus is not about having those things which come against us defeat us. Maybe it’s time to start seeing your challenges not as a weight to crush you, but an implement to lift you up as you stand above it. The enemy is under your feet, it’s time to step onto a new footstool.

Don’t Mess With the Mustard

We often think the way to see our dreams realised is to grow our faith, to build our faith, to have enough faith to see us through the hard times. But the strength of our faith is in its source not its size – we need only faith the size of a mustard seed. A minute amount of faith in an all-powerful God is all we need. Don’t belittle your mustard-seed seed of faith, don’t look for ‘bigger faith’ – don’t mess with the mustard!

Go Tell – Jenny Gilpin

Some messages are game changes. This is Pastor Jenny Gilpin, speaking under the influence of the spirit, pulling down strongholds in the minds of believers and non-believers in order to take you into your God given future.

Go Tell is about changing the attitude of your mind to expand the horizon of your world.

The Leadership Knife Edge

Pastors Dave and Jenny Gilpin tag team in talking through knife edge issues of leadership in the church today. It begins with the need to create feedback friendly churches and the huge challenge of not seeing correction as rejection in an age where everyone has a rejection complex.
